When you first begin

1. Identify Your Goals
We’ll start with a chat about what you’re aiming for and do a quick athletic assessment to see where you’re at.

2. Go Over the Results
Once we’ve got your results, we’ll talk through what they mean and how we can get you closer to your goals.

3. Start with the Basics
Everyone begins with the fundamentals : learning solid movement, building strength, and perfecting technique to get you ready for more advanced training.​​​

Training Structure

Train Your Way

Sessions run alongside others, but your program is all about you, tailored to your sport, and working on your weaknesses. You’ll train in a supportive, fun environment where everyone’s working hard and cheering each other on.​

Memberships

Choose a membership that works for you with 4, 12, 24, or 48-week options and no lock-in contracts. Get started with our free 1 Week Starter Pack below to get a feel for the program, or give us call to discuss further.

ATHLETE STARTER PACK 

This is a perfect way for you to find out if Excel Athletes is a good fit.
Our Starter Pack is completely free and if you decide not to continue, that’s totally fine. We won’t contact you unless you reach out to us.

Athlete Assessment 
​Get an athletic assessment to understand what you need to work on to become a better athlete

Level 1 Program 
A level 1 program which will teach you the most fundamental exercises of training

You will get to train with the other friendly athletes that will help push you to become a better athlete
